Today we here at $ex & $trains are smokin’ on 3rd Coast Panama Chunk! This strain is magnificently chill and relaxing. We are excited to bring to you our analysis and review of this hot new strain that OH BOY is happy to announce.

External Qualities

Initial Impressions

The first thing that struck me about this strain was its aroma. It was strikingly pungent but not overwhelming – it sort of reminded me of the smell early in the morning in a forest right after it rains. These buds were not super sticky and also not dry, indicating to me they had been aged to perfection. If you squeeze them they do compress but don’t stick to your fingers. The buds had flaky light-green leaves dusted with white powdery crystals and little orange hairs scattered throughout.

Grinding it up

Not all strains should be ground up but this one definitely takes well to it. It grinds up really cleanly and evenly. Its texture is medium – not super fluffy and light but also not super dense.

Smoking Quality

The First Hit

 I was so excited to try this for the first time and packed myself a nice big bowl in my bong. The first hit was surprisingly smooth and heavy at the same time. I didn’t cough, but I had to close my eyes for a bit to take it all in. The effects hit almost instantly but oscillated in waves at the start, so I would go in and out of feeling it intensely until it really set in at an even, steady flow of relaxation and contentment.

The High

On the whole, this strain was incredibly relaxing (definitely an indica). I felt like I could have had fun staring out into space pondering life, or watching TV, or playing a video game, or really wouldn’t mind doing something as long as it is fairly mindless. I’d had a stressful day but that all washed away after a couple hits of this heavenly strain.
